Punctuality and Delays:

 

Arrive, preferably, 2 minutes before the scheduled time.

 

The maximum tolerance for delays is 15 minutes. After this time, the duration of the service will be reduced.​​​

Booking a First Visit:

Please note that for your first booking and to register your client file, a deposit of €10 or €20 is required (depending on the duration of the service), which will be deducted from the total price of the service. We accept bank transfer via Mbway, Revolut, or advance payment in cash at our Spa (subject to availability).

Cancellation of a First Visit:

​

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice and/or without a medical or valid justification (such as accidents or unforeseen emergencies), the €10 or €20 deposit will be retained.

Note: You will need to present proof, such as a medical certificate or other document validating the reason for the cancellation.
