Scheduling policy
and cancellations

Punctuality and Delays:

 

Arrive, preferably, 2 minutes before the scheduled time.

 

The maximum tolerance for delays is 15 minutes. After this time, the duration of the service will be reduced.​​​

Couple Massage cancellation: 

​

If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance and/or without medical justification or equivalent, the registration fee (20%) will be retained and will be used to pay the requested therapist(s).

Note: You will need to present a proof, such as a medical certificate or other document that validates the reason for cancellation.
